Consultancy and Psychology
The Consultancy and Psychology Department has been operating since the foundation of our School and is staffed by experienced psychologists, who support our teachers daily in their demanding work, guiding and informing them on issues of students’ cognitive and psycho-emotional maturity .
They stand by the parents and guide them with advice during all the development stages of their children. Parents are supported either via face-to-face meetings, or via the program “Parents’ Meeting Cycles”. These cycles comprise a program of specialized approach, information and group support of parents in issues related to the cognitive and emotional social life of a child.
Furthermore, the Psychology Department supports and guides students of all classes and grades through prevention, individual or group intervention and emotional enhancement. In the framework of this support, great emphasis is given in guiding Lyceum students in their scientific and professional pursuits through integrated detection tests of their career trends and skills (career orientation).
