In response to the increased demand, Geitonas School has decided to hold a second round of Placement Tests for prospective students applying to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme on Thursday, 18 June 2026, from 09:00 to 14:00. The tests will take place on the IB premises.
The placement tests assess students’ performance in three core areas: Greek Language, English Language (students holding a Proficiency certificate are exempt), and Mathematics. Students intending to choose Physics and/or Chemistry at Higher Level are also requested to declare their interest in being examined in these subjects.
Each test lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the subject, and all questions are available in both Greek and English. The diagnostic tests constitute an important source of information for the development of each student’s individual academic programme.
Following the successful completion of the Placement Tests, students will meet with the DP Coordinator and Deputy coordinator to discuss and finalize their subject selection. The enrolment process will be finalized after a meeting with our department’s psychologist.
